Since the year of 1999 when the BLOMA Engineering first started researching on the Blow Molding Machines and equipments that are related, we eventually completed the research and production of Injection Blow Molding M/C which now opens the new chapter in the domestic injection molding market.
Frankly speaking, from the time we started our company, we were sure that any kinds of machines such as IBM could not be developed in a short period of time. Moreover, it was really tough period for our company since there were lots of hard competitions going on among the companies in the same industry. On the other hand, however, we started to think that there would be no vision for our company without putting much effort on researching and development. By realizing the essential point, we launched our first research on IBM.

Unfortunately, it was actually a difficult process to complete the machine. Regarding this difficulty, Yoo, Woong-Jong, the president of our company commenced to put all of his efforts with the 20 years of experience working at plastic machine company. At the same time, in order to achieve the research successfully, he even visited every company by himself where it produces the raw materials and related pieces.

As a result, with much effort to achieve the highest level of the machine, we finally completed the research about 3 years ago, and the IBM which is present now was born. In fact, we are the only company that manufactures and produces this kind of machine in domestic industry.

Regarding the fact that about 99% of the machines used by the consumers in Korea are the products by the American company called JOMAR, we manufactured the mold of our product to have the compatibility with those foreign machines. In addition, considering that the foreign machines have disadvantages on the size which is too high to be placed in the factory and on its high electricity cost, our IBM is totally adapted to the working environments in Korea, creating new advantages. However, it is only the mold that is similar and compatible to the foreign machines. The mechanism itself which is designed by our company is perfectly brand-new.

In fact, beside the export of smaller pieces in the past, it is actually the first time for the BLOMA to have a contract with Russian company, exporting with the completed machine including all of the smaller parts.

There is a famous saying, ‘Well begun, Half done.’ It might be just a fortune that we could start exporting to the Europe. On the other hand, however, it is not so far from now that we will be able to prove that it was rather our technique accumulated by the experience through a long period of time.
Since we now declare our new challenge to the international market, we will always try our best to be one of the BEST BRANDs in the world.
